Lake Superior Picnic Lunch - On the mouth of the Dog River.
Approximately 20 miles west of Wawa is the beautiful and rugged Dog River.
We will land on the beach, enjoy a picnic lunch and take a hike up the river to Denison Falls.
This spectacular waterfall flows through a narrow chute carved from bedrock before plunging 300 feet down to the rocks below.
